To Export a Full Mailbox I use the code below (make sure you have permissions to the share folder to store the PST file)

New-MailboxexportRequest -Mailbox administrator -FilePath \\dc01\pst\administrator.pst

To Export a Single folder I use the code blow:

New-MailboxexportRequest -Mailbox administrator -IncludeFolders "Calendar" -FilePath \\dc01\pst\administratorInbox.pst

To Import a full mailbox I use:

New-MailboximportRequest -Mailbox administrator -FilePath \\dc01\pst\administratorCal.pst

To Import a PST file to a specific folder I use the code below:

New-MailboximportRequest -Mailbox administrator -FilePath \\dc01\pst\administratorCal.pst

New-MailboximportRequest -Mailbox administrator -TargetRootFolder "inbox/import" -FilePath \\dc01\ps\administrator.pst

To monitor both processes I use the two cmdlets blow:

Get-MailboxImportRequest
Get-MailboxExportRequest
